Article 21. Regional Commission on Employment of the Population of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The regional commission on employment of the population is established by the local executive body in the territory of the region (city of republican significance, capital) (hereinafter – the regional commission).

2. The regional commission is formed from representatives of local representative and executive bodies of the region (cities of republican significance, the capital), territorial associations of trade unions at the regional level, cities of republican significance, the capital and regional chambers of entrepreneurs of the region, cities of republican significance, the capital, other interested government agencies and other organizations.

3. The Regional Commission coordinates the activities of government agencies and other organizations located in the territory of the region (cities of republican significance, the capital) on the implementation of the regional development plan in terms of employment, the regional employment map and social assistance.

4. The activities of the regional commission are aimed at ensuring the effective implementation of measures to promote employment and develop proposals for their improvement in the territory of the region (cities of republican significance, the capital).
