Individuals and legal entities are required to comply with the legal requirements of law enforcement officials and special government agencies for the use of transport (except for representative offices of foreign states and international organizations with diplomatic immunity) to travel to the scene of accidents, emergencies and deliver citizens in need of emergency medical care to medical institutions.

The owners of vehicles shall be reimbursed for the use of transport in the cases provided for in the first part of this article, as well as for the damage caused from the state budget in accordance with the procedure established by the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Provision of transport (with the exception of representative offices of foreign states and international organizations with diplomatic immunity) to individuals and legal entities for the elimination of natural and man-made emergencies and their consequences, as well as reimbursement of expenses for the use of transport shall be carried out in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for the cases provided for in parts one and two of this Article.

This Law defines the foundations of the legal, economic and organizational activities of transport in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
