1. Digital assets are digital objects that are classified as digital assets in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Digital Assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. The specifics of the creation (issue), issuance, circulation, storage, accounting, termination of circulation and other relations related to digital assets and financial instruments derived from them are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Digital Assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan establishing the legal regime of digital assets and related financial instruments..

3. The provision of this Code on digital objects applies to digital assets to the extent not regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Digital Assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
