Article 22. Independence of the judge CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A judge is independent in the administration of justice and is subject only to The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the law.
2. Any interference with the activities of the court in the administration of justice is unacceptable and entails liability under the law. Judges are not accountable for specific cases.
3. Guarantees of judicial independence are established The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the law.
