Article 22. Representation of the interests of the State in the Court of the Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor's Office
1. Prosecutor's offices represent the interests of the state in court on the basis and in accordance with the procedure provided for by the criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the civil procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative proceedings.
2. The prosecutor's office has the right to file a claim (statement) with the court if this is required by the protection of human and civil rights, which cannot independently protect them, as well as to protect the interests of society or the state protected by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The grounds and procedure for filing a petition for review of judicial acts that have not entered into force are determined by the criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the civil procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses, and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative proceedings.
