Article 224. Protocol of inspection, examination of the CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The progress and results of the inspection and examination are reflected in the protocol, which is drawn up by the person conducting the investigative action, in compliance with the requirements Article 199 of this Code.
2. The protocol describes all the actions performed during the inspection or examination, as well as everything discovered during the inspection or examination in the order in which they were carried out and in the form in which the detected was observed at the time of the inspection or examination. The protocol lists and describes all the objects seized during the inspection or inspection.
3. The protocol should indicate: at what time, in what weather and in what lighting the inspection or examination was carried out; what scientific and technical means were used and what results were obtained; who was involved in the production of the specified investigative action and what this participation was expressed in; which objects were sealed and what seal; where the corpse was sent after the examination a person or objects that are relevant to the case.
