Article 225. Failure to provide information or submission of knowingly false information by an official of the issuer of securities of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 225. Failure to provide information or submission of knowingly false information by an official of the issuer of securities of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Failure to provide information or knowingly false information to government agencies and holders of securities by officials of the issuer of securities in order to obtain property benefits, causing major damage to holders of securities or the issuer, –

     is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to two hundred monthly calculation indices or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to one hundred and twenty hours, or arrest for up to forty days, with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years.
