Article 23. Additional contributions The Law on Mutual Insurance

      1. The procedure for calculating and making additional contributions must be established by the company's mutual insurance rules approved by the general meeting of the company's members.  

      2. Additional contributions from the members of the company are directed only to insurance payments.  

      3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 12/30/2009 No. 234-IV.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2006 No. 163.

      This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of mutual insurance and establishes the legal basis for the activities of mutual insurance companies.
