Commentary to article 81. Additional contributions of participants of the limited Liability Partnership of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

In accordance with Article 39 of the Law on LLP, unless otherwise provided by the charter, the general meeting may decide to make additional contributions. The decision is made by a three-quarters majority vote of all members of the partnership.
