Article 236. Lending in the field of agro-industrial complex and rural areas of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Lending in the field of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas is carried out through budget lending in accordance with the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or participation in the formation or increase of the authorized capital of specialized organizations.

2. Lending in the field of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas is carried out in the following areas, taking into account the provisions provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas":

1) formation and development of agricultural production infrastructure;

2) leasing of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, equipment and fishing gear for fisheries and aquaculture;

3) organization and crediting of credit partnerships providing loans in the agro-industrial complex;

4) lending to non-agricultural types of business activities in rural areas;

5) purchase, production, processing and sale of agricultural products;

6) aquaculture and processing of fish products ;

7) organization of micro-crediting of rural population.
