Article 24. The procedure for making amendments and additions to the acts of the President of the Republic, as well as repealing their effect of the Constitutional Law on the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Making changes and additions:

     1) the decrees of the President of the Republic are made by the decrees of the President;

     2) the orders of the President of the Republic are made by the orders of the President of the Republic.

     2. Decrees of the President of the Republic are revoked by decrees of the President of the Republic, and orders of the President of the Republic are revoked by decrees and orders of the President of the Republic.

     3. In case of discrepancies between acts of the President of the Republic having the same legal force, one should be guided by the act that entered into force later, unless otherwise established by the relevant act of the President of the Republic.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal status of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
