Article 25. Digital infrastructure facilities of the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. An object of digital infrastructure is a set of material, technical and technological means that ensure the location and functioning environment of digital objects.
2. Digital infrastructure facilities include data processing centers, telecommunications networks, communications facilities, and other infrastructure facilities.
3. The requirements for the creation, placement, operation, modernization, and ensuring the stability, integrity, and cybersecurity of digital infrastructure facilities are established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Digital infrastructure facilities can be publicly or privately owned.
5. State-owned digital infrastructure facilities are created in order to implement government functions, provide public services, protect national interests and ensure the continuity of public administration.
6. Non-governmental digital infrastructure facilities may be used to ensure the functioning of state digital facilities on the basis of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
