The director of the Youth Home is obliged to:

1) systematically study the labor market by:

establishing contacts with interested organizations and exploring vacancies in organizations;

creation of subsidiary farms, mini carpentry, locksmith workshops and other small business facilities;

2) to cooperate with the administration of the children's village, orphanage and boarding school for orphans and children left without parental care on issues within its competence.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2000 No. 113-II.

This Law defines the legal status of family-type children's villages and youth homes established in order to meet the rights of orphaned children and children left without parental care to live and be raised in a family, as well as to comprehensively ensure their moral, spiritual, labor upbringing and education.
