1. Creation and replenishment of zoological collections (collection of stuffed animals, eggs, preparations and parts of objects of the animal world, objects of the animal world, including wild animals of zoos, zoo gardens, circuses, zoological nurseries, aquariums, oceanariums) by removing animals from the natural environment are carried out by individuals and legal entities on the basis of permits issued by the authorized state body in accordance with the Legislation of the Russian Federation. in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife and the authorized body in the field of fisheries within their competence.

2. Zoological collections representing scientific, cultural, educational, educational and aesthetic value and having national significance are subject to state registration.

3. Creation, replenishment, preservation, use, alienation and state registration of zoological collections, trade in them, as well as import into the Republic of Kazakhstan, transfer and export of them outside its borders are carried out according to the rules established by the authorized state body in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife.
