Article 253. Seizure of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The seizure is carried out in order to seize certain items and documents relevant to the case, and if it is known exactly where and from whom they are located, as well as property subject to confiscation.
