Article 26. Distributed digital objects of the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A distributed digital object is a digital object, the creation, storage, processing or use of which is carried out through a distributed architecture characterized by the use of a variety of interconnected technical means that ensure the consistency, reliability and integrity of digital records without a single processing center.
2. Distributed digital objects operate on the basis of internal rules of interaction that define the procedure for recording, approving, verifying, storing and using digital data, as well as algorithms for ensuring consistency, reliability and immutability of digital records.
3. Distributed digital objects are divided into:
1) centrally distributed, in which one entity coordinates, controls, ensures the operation or confirms the operations of the participants;
2) decentralized, in which the coordination, verification and fixation of digital records are carried out by participants directly among themselves without a dedicated coordinator based on consensus algorithms or other mechanisms.
4. The specifics of ownership, use and disposal of distributed digital objects are determined by this Code and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Distributed digital objects are objects of joint ownership, excluded from circulation.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
