Executors of the State defense order:

1) provide information on their activities at the request of recipients of the state defense order and the authorized body in the field of the state defense order;

2) consider draft tactical and technical specifications (technical specifications, tactical and technical characteristics) of recipients of the state defense order and form proposals for tactical and technical specifications (technical specifications, tactical and technical characteristics) for military goods (products), dual-use goods (products), military works and military services;

3) justify the prices of military goods (products), dual-use goods (products), military works and military services;

4) ensure that military goods (products), dual-use goods (products), military works and military services comply with the requirements of the tactical and technical specifications (technical specifications, tactical and technical characteristics) and the terms of the contract for the fulfillment of the state defense order;

5) use the budgetary funds paid by the authorized body in the field of the state defense order and the recipient of the state defense order only for the fulfillment of the state defense order;

6) keep separate records of the results of financial activities for each contract for the fulfillment of the state defense order;

7) ensure that the authorized body in the field of the state defense order and recipients of the state defense order can monitor the fulfillment of the state defense order and the quality of military goods (products), dual-use goods (products), military works and military services supplied under the state defense order;

8) import military goods (products), dual-use goods (products), military works and military services necessary for the production of goods (products) supplied under the state defense order, without applying the norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement;

9) in case of failure of military goods (products), dual-use goods (products), manufactured, purchased, modernized, repaired or serviced under the state defense order, within the time period established by the contract for the fulfillment of the state defense order, immediately send their representatives to establish the reasons for their failure. out of order;

10) perform other functions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of the defense industry, the state defense order, as well as certain issues of the turnover of weapons and military equipment.
