Maslikhats of the district:

1) approve urban planning projects for the development and development of cities of regional significance, including general plans for rural settlements with a population of over five thousand people, schemes for the development and development of settlements (simplified master plan) with a population of up to five thousand people;

2) approve the schemes of engineering support and communications;

3) exercise other powers in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of citizens.
