Article 27. Data processing centers of the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A data processing center is an object of digital infrastructure designed to accommodate and provide an environment for the functioning of other digital objects through technological, engineering, technical means and software.
2. Data processing centers may undergo a national or international technical audit in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body in coordination with the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The data processing center must have an engineering, energy, telecommunications and technological infrastructure that ensures its uninterrupted, fault-tolerant and safe operation.
4. Data processing centers used to host digital objects containing government digital data, restricted access data, or critical digital objects must comply with the requirements determined by the authorized body in coordination with the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
