Article 27. Duties of private forest owners of the Forest Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Private forest owners are required to:
1) to conduct forestry and forest management on the plots of the private forest fund owned by them or long-term land use, by the methods and methods provided for by this Code and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in compliance with the requirements of the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) to ensure the protection, protection, improvement of the sanitary condition of forests owned by them, and their care;
IZPI's note! Subparagraph 3) is amended by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/06/2024 No. 71-VIII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
3) provide the authorized body with the materials necessary for maintaining state records of the forest fund, the state forest cadastre, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) ensure fire-fighting and sanitary management of private forest fund plots owned by them or in long-term land use, take necessary measures to extinguish forest fires, control pests and diseases of the forest;
IZPI's note! Subparagraph 5) is provided to be deleted by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/06/2024 No. 71-VIII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
5) to register forest fires on the plots of the private forest fund owned by them and their consequences in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
