Article 27. Sponsorship activities of a legal entity The Law on Charity

     1. A legal entity engaged in sponsorship activities distributes information about its own name, trademark, manufactured goods, and services provided in accordance with the concluded agreement with the user.

     2. A legal entity engaged in sponsorship activities has no right to make changes (alterations) to the name and content of the charity event for which it provides charitable assistance.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2015 No. 402-V SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of charity.
