The objects of philanthropic activity in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 4 of this Law are:

1) objects of science and innovation, education, culture, art, environmental protection, sports, historical and ethnocultural monuments, as well as citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreigners, stateless persons, candace, working in these fields or contributing to their development;

2) Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/04/2022 No. 134-VII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

3) persons in need of personal scholarships for paid education and (or) professional development;

4) objects of charity that have suffered as a result of accidents and (or) natural disasters and require urgent charitable assistance;

5) Other objects.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2015 No. 402-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of charity.
