Article 29. Cooperation of the Prosecutor's Office for the protection and restoration of violated human and civil rights and freedoms of the Constitutional Law on the Prosecutor's Office
1. In order to protect and restore violated human and civil rights and freedoms, the interests of legal entities, society and the state protected by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Prosecutor's Office cooperates:
1) with state, local representative and executive bodies, local self-government bodies, institutions, their officials, quasi-public sector entities and other organizations, regardless of their forms of ownership;
2) with the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan and assists his activities.
2. The interaction of the prosecutor's office with the competent authorities of foreign States and international organizations is carried out within the framework of criminal law cooperation, as well as within the framework of representing the interests of the State on asset recovery issues, including outside the criminal process.
