Article 3. Activities carried out on the territory of the Center and its participants of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On the Astana International Financial Center

     1. The requirements for legal entities and the procedure for their accreditation as participants of the Center, the types of their activities that are allowed on the territory of the Center, the licensing procedure and the requirements for the participants of the Center, as well as the procedure for the establishment and registration of legal entities on the territory of the Center, their organizational and legal forms are determined by the acts of the Center.

     1-1. Identification numbers generated for the Center's bodies, their organizations and the Center's participants are recognized and applied on an equal basis with identification numbers generated in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     1-2. The procedure for the creation, maintenance and use of the registry of the Center of identification numbers, the procedure for the formation of identification numbers for the organs of the Center, their organizations and participants of the Center are determined by the Managing Center.

     2. The procedure for issuing, placing, circulating, repurchasing and redeeming securities on the territory of the Center is established by the Center's Committee on Financial Services Regulation.

     The procedure for issuing, placing, circulating, repurchasing and redeeming other financial instruments, the placement and (or) circulation of which are carried out on the stock exchange, is established by the stock exchange.
