1. The objectives of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, restoration and use of flora are:

1) ensuring the regulation of relations in the field of protection, restoration and use of flora in all its diversity;

2) creation of legal bases for the conservation of natural diversity and the gene pool of wild plants, their rational use.

2. The objectives of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, restoration and use of flora are:

1) ensuring state regulation;

2) scientific support for the protection, protection, restoration and use of flora;

3) ensuring public control;

4) development of international cooperation.

3. The protection, protection, restoration and use of flora are based on the following principles:

1) recognition of the national importance and priority of preserving flora as a factor in ensuring environmental sustainability and a favorable environment for life;

2) sustainable conservation of plant species, their populations and communities, as well as their places of growth, mainly in natural conditions;

3) rational use of the flora;

4) fees for the use of plant resources in the order of special use of the plant world;

5) the inevitability of punishment for violating the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, restoration and use of flora;

6) compensation for damage and losses of flora;

7) accessibility of information in the field of protection, protection, restoration and use of flora and public participation in decision-making in the field of protection, protection, restoration and use of flora.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 2, 2023 No. 183-VII SAM.

This Law regulates public relations and establishes the legal basis of state policy in the field of protection, restoration, and use of flora.
