Article 30. Logistical support for the National Guard The Law On the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.06.2025 No. 203-VIII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
2. The National Guard shall be provided with weapons, aviation, automotive, armored and other military equipment and materiel in accordance with the procedure and standards established for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other troops and military formations and internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Military units (subunits) responsible for the protection of important state facilities and communications, special cargo, as well as facilities of institutions of the penal correction system, military camps, buildings and structures for the accommodation of personnel, weapons, equipment and military-technical property, as well as government bodies are allocated or erected by ministries, departments (institutions), whose facilities are guarded by the National Guard.
4. The units of the National Guard, involved in carrying out tasks to ensure the protection of public order in isolation from the point of permanent deployment in the conditions of the introduction of a state of emergency, the legal regime of the anti-terrorist operation, during mass socio-political events, are provided with living quarters, utilities, lines and communication channels, vehicles and fuel and lubricants., additional meals at the expense of budgetary funds.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of activity of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
