1.upon receipt of a copy of the indictment, the defense attorney, with the consent of the person under his protection, has the right to submit a Defense Act to the court.

At the same time, a copy of the act of protection is sent to the prosecutor.

2.the act of protection shall indicate the arguments and (or) petitions of the Defense party.

3.the act of protection may be accompanied by a list of persons to be summoned to a court session (protection list), physical evidence. The list indicates the last name, first name, patronymic (if it is indicated in the identity document) of the person, his procedural status, place of residence.

4.the act of protection is signed by the defender and his person under his protection.
