1. Entry and exit of persons and vehicles, import and export of goods and goods at checkpoints are carried out at designated locations if persons have documents for the right to enter or leave the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as documents for vehicles.

2. Entry to checkpoints of military personnel of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, military communications agencies, employees of state revenue agencies and other bodies, transport organizations engaged in registration and maintenance of persons, vehicles, cargo and goods, as well as employees of law enforcement and special government agencies and other officials authorized to make decisions at the checkpoint the tasks assigned to them by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan are carried out using passes issued by:

1) at railway, automobile, sea and river checkpoints – by the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) at aviation checkpoints – by the authorized body in the field of civil aviation in coordination with the Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The permissive procedure for entry and exit to checkpoints (on the basis of special passes) is also established in relation to official vehicles of the above-mentioned bodies and organizations.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 16, 2013 No. 70-V.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of protection of the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
