Article 324. Violation of environmental requirements for economic or other activities of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Violation of environmental requirements in the use of natural resources, design, placement, construction or reconstruction, commissioning or operation of enterprises, structures or other facilities, operation of industrial, energy, transport or communications facilities, agricultural and land reclamation facilities, construction of cities or other settlements, military or defense facilities, military or space activity, if this act could have caused or negligently caused harm to human health or causing major damage., –
is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to three thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to eight hundred hours, or restriction of liberty for up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to two years. years old or not.
2. The act provided for in the first part of this article, which negligently caused particularly serious damage or other grave consequences, –
is punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to seven years with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to three years.
