Article 34. National digital objects of the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. National digital objects are state digital objects, the status of which is established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with their critical importance for the performance of government functions, the provision of public services or ensuring the sustainable functioning of the digital architecture of the state.
2. The recognition of a digital object as national is carried out on the basis of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which establish the status of the corresponding digital objects and determine the specifics of their creation, development, operation, modification and protection.
3. National digital objects are objects of public interest and are not subject to alienation, pledge, establishment of encumbrances or property claims in respect of them, as well as collection for obligations of owners or other persons, except in cases expressly provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. The creation, development, operation, modification and protection of national digital objects are financed from budgetary funds or other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
