Article 34. Status of ex-Presidents of the Republic of the Constitutional Law On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. All former Presidents of the Republic, except those who have been removed from office, have the title of ex-President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05.11.2022 No. 156-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
3. The ex-President of the Republic has the right to attend joint meetings of the Chambers of the Parliament of the Republic, solemn meetings dedicated to the inauguration of the President of the Republic, state holidays of the Republic, and other events held by the state.
4. The ex-President of the Republic, his honor and dignity are inviolable. Encroachment on the honor and dignity of the ex-President of the Republic is prosecuted by law.

This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal status of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
