Article 36. Minimum social standard "Ensuring accessibility of sports facilities owned by the State" of the Law on Minimum Social Standards and their Guarantees

     The minimum social standard "Ensuring accessibility of sports facilities owned by the state" contains the following standards::

     1) the use of sports facilities owned by the state by citizens according to the list of categories of citizens established in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Physical Culture and Sports";

     2) the use of sports facilities owned by the state by persons with disabilities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on social protection.

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2015 No. 314-V SAM.

     This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of minimum social standards.
