1. Individuals and legal entities, including government agencies and organizations with digital identity in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are recognized as subjects of the digital environment, including:

1) Digital data subjects;

2) owners and (or) owners of digital objects;

3) users of digital objects;

4) other subjects of the digital environment defined by this Code and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The rights and obligations of subjects of the digital environment are determined in accordance with this Code and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
