Article 37. Bodies of a legal entity of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. A legal entity acquires civil rights and assumes responsibilities only through its bodies acting in accordance with legislative acts and constituent documents.

     2. The types and procedure for appointing or electing bodies of a legal entity and their powers are determined by legislative acts and constituent documents.
