It is not a criminal offense to cause harm to the interests protected by this Code as a result of physical or mental coercion, if as a result of such coercion a person could not direct his actions (inaction).
The issue of criminal liability for causing harm to the interests protected by this Code as a result of physical or mental coercion, as a result of which a person retained the opportunity to direct his actions, is resolved taking into account the provisions of article 34 of this Code.
