     The personnel reserve for the positions of chairman of the district court, chairman, chairmen of judicial boards and judges of the regional court, judge and chairman of the Court of Cassation, judge and chairmen of judicial boards of the Supreme Court (hereinafter referred to as the personnel reserve) is formed by the Commission on Personnel Reserve at the Supreme Judicial Council.

     The procedure for the formation of the Personnel Reserve Commission and the organization of work with the personnel reserve is determined by the Supreme Judicial Council.
