1. Users of digital objects are natural or legal persons who legally use digital objects in accordance with paragraph 2 of this article.

2. The user of the digital object has the right:

1) to use digital objects on the terms defined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the owner and (or) the owner of the digital object;

2) receive reliable information about the characteristics and risks of a digital object;

3) to protect their rights from unlawful restriction of access or abuse by the owner and (or) the owner or other users of the digital object;

4) enjoy other rights established by this Code and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The user of digital objects is obliged to:

1) comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the protection of personal data and confidential information;

2) not to interfere with the functioning of the digital object and not to change it without the permission of the owner and (or) the owner of the digital object;

3) act in good faith and not cause harm to other users of the digital object;

4) perform other duties in accordance with this Code and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
