Combining several claims, except for the case of the plaintiff combining claims for the return of two or more children illegally displaced to the Republic of Kazakhstan or held in the Republic of Kazakhstan, or for the exercise of access rights to two or more children on the basis of an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan, and filing a counterclaim in the case of the return of the child or The exercise of access rights is not allowed.
