1. The unified notarial digital system consists of:

1) the electronic register of notarial acts;

2) the registry of inheritance cases;

3) the register of wills;

4) notary electronic repository.

The Unified digital notary system contains other information, including information of an informational, auxiliary, reference and analytical nature related to notary activities.

2. The procedure for maintaining registers of the unified notarial digital system is determined by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with the authorized body in the field of digitalization.

3. The form of reporting on the functioning of the registers of the unified notarial digital system provided for by this Law shall be established by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
