The objectives of civil proceedings are to protect and restore violated or disputed rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of citizens, the State, and legal entities, to respect the rule of law in civil matters, to ensure full, timely, and fair consideration and resolution of cases, to promote the peaceful settlement of disputes, to prevent offenses, and to foster public respect for the law and the court.
