Civil servants, in case of their conscription for military service (with the exception of conscription, under martial law and during wartime) or military training, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are granted leave without pay and retain their place of work (government position) for the period of military service (military training), and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the case of a contract for military service in the reserve, the place of work (government position) remains during the periods of being in classes or training camps., crisis management fees.
