1. The rules of cargo transportation include general provisions, as well as define the conditions and procedures.:

1) Transportation planning;

2) drawing up an accounting card for the implementation of the transportation plan;

3) acceptance of goods for transportation;

4) cargo delivery;

4-1) cargo transit;

5) the use of sealing devices for sealing wagons and containers;

6) registration of the waybill and shipping documents;

7) transportation of bulk goods by routes and groups of wagons on one waybill;

8) transportation of goods with declared value;

9) standards for the accuracy of weighing goods on wagon scales;

10) norms of natural weight loss of goods;

11) calculations on transportation and freight charges;

12) conclusion of contracts for the supply and cleaning of wagons and the mandatory conditions of such contracts;

13) terms of loading and unloading (unloading);

14) delivery dates and rules for calculating delivery dates;

15) storage;

16) retention, sale of goods, transfer of goods to state bodies;

17) redirects, returns to the sender;

18) transportation in bulk and in bulk;

19) transportation on open rolling stock;

20) transportation accompanied by guides;

21) transportation by shipping routes;

22) transportation of small and low-tonnage shipments;

23) transportation in containers and shipping packages;

24) transportation of frozen goods;

25) transportation of perishable goods;

26) transportation of animals;

27) transportation of goods subject to veterinary and phytosanitary control;

28) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2010 No. 369-IV (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

29) drawing up acts;

30) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2010 No. 369-IV (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

31) transportation of liquid cargoes in bulk in tank wagons and bunker gondolas;

32) transportation of dangerous goods;

32-1) transportation of empty own wagons (containers);

33) conducting special research and expertise;

33-1) carrying out cargo transportation under special conditions;

33-2) cleaning and flushing of wagons and containers after unloading;

34) other conditions in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The procedure for monitoring compliance with the Rules of Cargo Transportation shall be established by the authorized body.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2001 No. 266.

This Law regulates public relations between carriers, participants in the transportation process, government agencies, passengers, senders, recipients, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities when transporting passengers, baggage, cargo, baggage, and mail by rail.
