Article 40. The founders of the legal entity of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A legal entity may be established by one or more founders.
2. The founders of a legal entity may be property owners or bodies or persons authorized by them, and in cases specifically provided for by legislative acts, other legal entities. At the same time, legal entities that own property by right of economic management or operational management may be founders of other legal entities with the consent of the owner or his authorized body, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The founders of a legal entity may not have any advantages over other participants of this legal entity who are not its founders, except in cases provided for by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
