Article 400. The operative part of the acquittal of the CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The operative part of the acquittal must contain:

     1) the surname, first name and patronymic (if any) of the defendant;

     2) the decision to find the defendant innocent and acquit him, the grounds for acquittal;

     3) the decision to cancel the preventive measure, if it has been chosen;

     4) on the recognition of justified rights to compensation for damage caused by unlawful criminal prosecution.
