The carrier has the right to register cargo transportation activities by cargo and specialized motor vehicles, as well as the provision of services by special vehicles in the territorial subdivision of the authorized body in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 No. 476.

This Law regulates the relations that arise between carriers, passengers, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities in the field of road transport.
