1 The pronouncement by a judge(s) of a knowingly unlawful verdict, decision or other judicial act –

is punishable by imprisonment for a term of two to six years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to five years.

2 The same act related to the imposition of an unlawful court sentence to imprisonment or entailing other grave consequences, –

is punishable by imprisonment for a term of six to ten years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to ten years.
