1. Government agencies, state-owned legal entities, quasi-public sector entities and other persons involved in the provision of public services ensure the availability of digital systems, digital resources and services in a digital environment for all categories of users, including persons with disabilities.

2. When creating, developing, modifying, and operating digital facilities through which public services are provided, the requirements for ensuring the availability of services in the digital environment provided for by uniform requirements in the areas of digitalization and cybersecurity are taken into account.

Uniform requirements in the fields of digitalization and cybersecurity are being developed and updated taking into account international approaches and recommendations in the field of accessibility of the digital environment.

The Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 2026 No. 255-VIII SAM

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
