Article 434. Failure to report a crime The Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Failure to report a well-known imminent or committed serious crime against the sexual integrity of a minor, a particularly serious crime, or a well-known imminent act of terrorism –
is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to six thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or restriction of liberty for a term of up to six years, or imprisonment for the same term.
