1. The duration of the involvement of employees to protect public order in other regions of the Republic or to participate in ensuring the legal regime of the state of emergency and the elimination of emergency situations should not exceed three months.

2. For the period of secondment to government agencies and international organizations, employees and their family members retain the rights, guarantees, benefits, compensations, pensions and social protection established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations related to admission to the law enforcement service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its passage and termination, and also defines the legal status (status), financial support and social protection of law enforcement officers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
