Article 456. Violation of the procedure for announcing the output data of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses

Article 456. Violation of the procedure for announcing the output data of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses  

     1. The publication of a periodical, the distribution of messages and materials from an information agency or an online publication without established output data, the airing of television and radio channels without announcing their names, as well as with unclear or deliberately false output data –

     they entail a warning.

     2. The actions provided for in the first part of this Article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –  

     they entail a fine in the amount of twenty monthly calculation indices.
